This is one of three independent, fully furnished traditional villas, with spacious verandas and gardens, situated at the seafront of the biggest and most beautiful beach of the island, Agios Dimitrios. The ideal place for vacation and relaxation.
Accomodation
This cottage is located even further up from the other two and is the same open plan design, living/dining room, kitchen, w/c shower room with two bedrooms both with French doors leading to large terraces. One bedroom is double bedded and the other has two single beds. There is a sofa in the sitting room which converts to a double bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. There are spacious terraces with the same exceptional views from all rooms
An added feature to cottage three is a spacious studio apartment which is located underneath the main cottage. This may be booked together with the upper cottage or separately. It is reached by an outside pathway and is open planned with a four poster double bed, w/c shower room and kitchenette. There are also two sofas which convert to double beds suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The patio area has the same outstanding views as the upper cottage.
Price quoted is with studio: price without is the same as Villa Karina Two.

| On arrival at your villa we provide a welcome pack of a bottle
of wine, fruit juice and mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk,
jam, butter, bread and biscuits. We will, if you wish, place a hamper
in your villa before your arrival.
A maid will clean your villa, make beds and wash up twice weekly.
Extra cleaning can be arranged on request. Extra bed, baby cot and
high chair may be provided on request. With advanced notice it is
normally possible for our office to obtain babysitters during reasonable
and pre-arranged hours.
In each of our villas, you will find a map of Alonnisos and a folder
including helpful local information about doctors, buses, shops,
taverns, activities etc. Our office is open 7-days a week for information
and your help. A representative of our office will visit the villa
once or twice a week. |
transfers |
| Clients will be met on arrival by office staff and taken by taxi
or mini bus to their villa. We are also able to arrange a 'meet
and greet' service on arrival at Skiathos airport organized by our
local representative, including taxi transfer to Skiathos port and
onward tickets to Alonnisos. |
