About two hundred meters along the east coast from
Beach House, Kalithea House is a set back on a hillside
of olive trees above the coastal road at Vavakies.
A modern and comfortably furnished house which has its
own traditional corners, Kalithea is just a two minute
walk away from Vavakies beach, and enjoys spectacular
views across the sea to Peristera island from its private
terraces.
We recommend a car hire for ease to access the shops
and taverns. The coastal drive to the village of Steni
Vala takes ten minutes and Kalamakia is a five minute
drive.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor: One twin bed room; open-plan sitting room,
dining area and kitchen leading to sea-facing shaded
terrace; bathroom with bath and shower.
First floor: One double bedroom, and en-suite bathroom
with WC and wash basin, leading to sea-facing terrace.
Car hire & Boat hire are recommended

| On arrival at your villa we provide a welcome pack of a bottle
of wine, fruit juice and mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk,
jam, butter, bread and biscuits. We will, if you wish, place a hamper
in your villa before your arrival.
A maid will clean your villa, make beds and wash up twice weekly.
Extra cleaning can be arranged on request. Extra bed, baby cot and
high chair may be provided on request. With advanced notice it is
normally possible for our office to obtain babysitters during reasonable
and pre-arranged hours.
In each of our villas, you will find a map of Alonnisos and a folder
including helpful local information about doctors, buses, shops,
taverns, activities etc. Our office is open 7-days a week for information
and your help. A representative of our office will visit the villa
once or twice a week. |

| Clients will be met on arrival by office staff and taken by taxi
or mini bus to their villa. We are also able to arrange a 'meet
and greet' service on arrival at Skiathos airport organized by our
local representative, including taxi transfer to Skiathos port and
onward tickets to Alonnisos. |
