Fanari House faces the sea with olive groves on the
other three sides. A path leads from the coastal road at Vavakies,
on the east coast just north of the little port of Kalamakia,
to Fanari House's private garden of orange, peach and
loquat trees, grape vines, roses, oleanders and bougainvillea.
32 steps lead down fromn the house to a patio, shaded
by a pine and a fig tree, and a jetty where your hire
boat can be moored. A small beach lies 50 metres away
from the jetty.
Simply but comfortably furnished interiors open out
onto a real sun terrace, a side courtyard with barbecue
and a sea-facing terrace, shaded by a tiled pergola.
Close enough to hear the sea, Fanari House has dramatic
views to the islands of Peristera and Ta Dio Adelfia.
The nearest house is 200 metres away, hidden by olive
groves. Car hire is recommended. The drive to the supermarket
and tavernas of Steni Vala port takes 10 minutes. The
pretty port of Kalamakia is a 5-minute drive, or two
minutes by boat.
ACCOMMODATION:
One double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom wirth
shower, leading to a sea-facing terrace; one double
bedroom leading to a sea facing terrace; sitting room
with archway to kitchen; bathroom wirth shower, utility
room with washing machine. Air conditioning in both
bedrooms; TV, DVD and CD player. Shower room and WC
next to barbecue. Outside shower on jetty.

| On arrival at your villa we provide a welcome pack of a bottle
of wine, fruit juice and mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk,
jam, butter, bread and biscuits. We will, if you wish, place a hamper
in your villa before your arrival.
A maid will clean your villa, make beds and wash up twice weekly.
Extra cleaning can be arranged on request. Extra bed, baby cot and
high chair may be provided on request. With advanced notice it is
normally possible for our office to obtain babysitters during reasonable
and pre-arranged hours.
In each of our villas, you will find a map of Alonnisos and a folder
including helpful local information about doctors, buses, shops,
taverns, activities etc. Our office is open 7-days a week for information
and your help. A representative of our office will visit the villa
once or twice a week. |

| Clients will be met on arrival by office staff and taken by taxi
or mini bus to their villa. We are also able to arrange a 'meet
and greet' service on arrival at Skiathos airport organized by our
local representative, including taxi transfer to Skiathos port and
onward tickets to Alonnisos. |
